Please Read Carefully:
· On opening day of each session, parents and family members are invited to walk around the club and take pictures with their campers. We ask that all family members exit the property by 9:30am.
· May contact the Executive Director (ED) via phone, text, in person or email with any questions, comments or concerns.
· May not drop off their children at camp prior to 8:30am.
· May arrive at the club no earlier than 15 minutes prior to the designated pick-up time.
· May not linger around the club after drop off or pick up times.
· May not come during the middle of the day to check up on their camper(s).
· Parents may call the ED during the day to inquire how their child is doing.
· Siblings not enrolled in the camp are not allowed in the water during drop off or pick up times.
· On Family Days, we encourage all family members to hop on our coach boats to take pictures and videos of their campers sailing and windsurfing.
· On Family Days, no parent or family member may request to go aboard the sailboat with their camper, regardless of their sailing experience.
· Notify us via the parent What’s App chat group if you are running late to drop off or pick up.
· Notify us the day before via the parent What’s App chat group to let us know about any late drop off or early pick up situations.
· May not pick up their campers early without the express permission of the ED.
· Campers DO NOT HAVE the discretion or permission to determine at what time they want to be picked up.
· Should your camper not be feeling well or should there be such bad weather that we have to cancel activities, the ED will notify you via What’s App or mobile phone directly.

1. Campers must always wear a proper fitting life jacket while in the water.
2. No campers on docks without supervision and a life jacket.
3. Respect one another – no bullying, making fun, hitting, pushing, or roughhousing.
4. Use respectful language: no swearing, foul or rude language.
5. Avoid inappropriate topics of conversation.
6. Be respectful of all club property including the sailboats, kayaks, and paddle boards you enjoy daily.
7. Do not litter on land or on the water.
8. Pick up your own trash after snacks, lunch and at the end of each day before departing.
9. Campers may use either of the two restrooms located inside the clubhouse. Only two campers at a time may request permission to use the bathroom at a time.
10. Access to the clubhouse is restricted to bathroom use only. Both campers and staff are not allowed to hang out inside the clubhouse.
11. Use of the clubhouse is only permitted during thunderstorms or heavy rain.
12. Campers shall remain on the beach, shoreline, and patio areas and along the perimeter directly in front of the sailing club.
13. No playing or hanging out behind the clubhouse.
14. Do not sit/lean on or touch any of the privately owned boats located on either side of and behind the sailing club.
15. No throwing of rocks, stones or pea rock is allowed.
16. Refrain from digging and/or removing any of the precious sand we have along our shoreline as we suffer from serious year-round beach erosion.
17. No running is allowed on club property.
18. No use of electronics, mobile phones and headphones/earbuds are permitted.
19. Campers are not allowed to call any parent or guardian to request early pick up. Such requests must be made with the full knowledge and consent of the Executive Director.
20. Campers must make every effort to avoid on the water collisions! Remember the 3 T’s: “Tiller Towards Trouble.”
21. No intentional capsizing or boat flipping is allowed as this may cause damage to the boat.
22. May not smoke, vape, use drugs or drink alcohol.
